We're looking to recruit a part-time (17.5 hours a week) HR Administrator on a permanent basis in our HR team. Salary is GBP 19,651- GBP 22,983. Pay Band 1 starting at the minimum of band.
The post holder will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of the HR team and responding to queries from service users. The successful candidates will also undertake a variety of work which will include:
- Utilise the HR system to manage transactional and administrative processes;
- Update staff changes on our HR system;
- Set-up and maintain electronic payroll spread sheets to feed into the monthly payroll;
- Support to HR team for administration of recruitment campaigns, and administration of learning and development activities, such as liaison with course providers.
This is a substantive post on a part-time basis of 17.5 hours a week.
