We're looking to recruit a part-time (21 hours a week) HR Officer on a permanent basis in our HR team. Salary is GBP 25,096- GBP 30,402. Pay Band 2 starting at the minimum of the band.
This is a great time to join our small and busy HR team as we're going through an exciting time of change and transformation. The successful candidates will undertake a variety of work which will include:
- You will provide professional advice and guidance to our employees and managers on a range of HR issues;
- You will develop effective working relationships with our customers ensuring their needs are reflected in our service and you will proactively suggest areas for improvement;
- You will use our document management and HR systems to ensure staffinformation is accurate;
- Support the team in the development and delivery of work and support andraise colleague's knowledge and understanding of HR Policies.
This is a substantive post on a part-time basis of 21 hours a week.
