Are you a great communicator with a creative flair for sharing information easily and to a wide range of audiences? Then join our Good Practice Exchange Team on a work placement where your amazing organisational skills will be key in delivering our programme of events.
You'll need to be able to manage several events at the same time, which may be at various stages of planning, delivery or post event knowledge sharing.
You will need to learn fast and adapt to new challenges. You'll need to switch between topics as diverse as cyber security and partnership working; between health and social care, potentially in the same afternoon! You'll need to demonstrate your ability to rapidly learn new topics.
Building trusted relationships is a key part of our success, and our stakeholders are be willing to share what they know, because they trust us. Our stakeholders include audit colleagues within the WAO, and an extensive range of partners across the public, private and 3rd sectors. You'll need to tell us about how you have worked successfully to develop trusted relationships.
Finally, we are constantly striving to improve what we do. We want an environment where people successfully work together to achieve our goals by being prepared to constructively challenge and be challenged. You'll need to provide us with examples of how you've contributed to this sort of environment.
